Howdy!! c: So most things are good; just a little bit of discussion about skill alterations.
The only issues I see are with the Winter Breeze skill. It's fine if there's snow and ice on the ground, but if there is not anything on the ground to pick up, the skill can't create ice and snow (that would fall under the ice element!)
Secondly and lastly, Summer Wind is a healing skill, and healing elements are still being modified, since so many people have expressed interest in it! Get back to me on your Winter Breeze skill but hold off on Summer Wind. c:
That being said, everything else looks nice so as soon as we clear the rest up I'd be happy to approve Nocme and move her to Nomadas!

Change the wording on Winter Breeze a bit
It was meant to just pick up any small particles on the ground, so dust, sand, snow just anything
