Plant Name: Strangleweed
Location: Any mountainous region of Polemos
Effects/Uses: When dried and de-thorned the vines can be braided and used as rope. The thorns can be brewed into a bitter tea that calms nerves, but consuming the plant matter raw can cause mild cramping in elves as well as goblins. Satyr and minotaur are immune to the negative effects.
Description: Black in color, strangleweed grows in harsh climates where it chokes out surrounding plant life and has been seen taking over vast areas of rocky ground. The vines are covered in long brittle thorns that most animals cannot ingest.
